Eat for healthspan
Nutrition without a longevity cult.
A useful eating pattern supports cardiometabolic health, muscle, adequate micronutrition and a body composition that works for you — while remaining livable.
A durable hierarchy
- Food quality: make minimally processed foods and plants a large part of the pattern.
- Protein: get enough to support muscle, especially alongside resistance training.
- Fiber-rich foods: vegetables, fruit, legumes and whole grains can make the pattern more nutrient-dense.
- Energy balance: total intake still matters for body weight and composition.
- Adherence: the “perfect” diet that lasts two weeks is not perfect.
Supplements are not the foundation
Use supplements to solve a defined problem — such as an identified deficiency or a clinician-supported need — rather than as proof that a routine is “longevity optimized.” Product quality, dose, interactions and medical context matter.
Live100 does not treat a single diet as universally optimal. Medical conditions, pregnancy, kidney disease, eating-disorder history, medications and other factors can materially change nutrition advice.
